Our production facilities and our offices are operational. As for all companies, the COVID-19 crisis is a challenge for Colourhouse Masterbatch, but, we have implemented several protective measures for our staff in accordance with the recommendations of the Health Authorities
and the Government to avoid contagion.
This means that our plant continues to operate as normal. We are, as everyone else, dependent on outside companies in terms of the supply of raw materials and the carrying out of logistics,
but so far this has not impacted our business. Should conditions change, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend the order if we or our subcontractors should be prevented from fulfilling
the contract as a result of government intervention or other circumstances caused by the pending corona epidemic.
Neither party can make any claim against the other party in the event that we make use of such right of cancellation or suspension.
